How does he DO that?

Ugh!
Yes, he's incredibly cute. Yes, he'll officially be 18 months tomorrow. He's really not that tall. How on earth does he manage to do this?I guess that's one downside to these new tile floors. Honestly, they were far back on the counter & I'm really not sure how he could reach them. I'm also not sure what I'm more sad about: Losing my favorite Pyrex 9 x 13 or losing the brand new batch of Peanut Butter Rice Krispies I made for my Visiting Teachees. (Luckily, they got theirs already.) Well, to console me, I recommend you make these yummies for yourselves & tell me how much you enjoyed them, and that will make me feel better. : )

Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats
2 cups granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 cups (22 ounces) light corn syrup (I used dark because it's what I had)
6 cups Rice Krispies, divided

Instructions
~ Line a 13 x 9-pan with foil. Spray lightly with nonstick spray.
~ Place 5 cups of the Rice Krispies in a large bowl (the largest bowl you have).
~ Place sugar and corn syrup in a large non-stick saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Continue to boil for 1 minute, no more. (Boiling time is important, it guarantees the perfect texture.)
~ Turn off burner and remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter until incorporated. Add mixture to the Rice Krispies, stirring to coat. Add the remaining cup of Rice Krispies 1/4-cup at a time, stirring and checking consistency before adding more.
~ Spread the mixture evenly into prepared pan. Let cool before cutting into squares. (Warm knife in hot water to help cut nice, clean squares.)

Ooh, I love those things but have never made them myself! I will do it now, if only to make you feel better. Sorry about your pyrex!
