Last night we rallied & waved "Yes on 8" signs in Valencia, then high-tailed it over to another corner in Canyon Country. And this time with the big crowd, Matt didn't get beat up! Hooray! (strength in numbers, buddy. strength in numbers!) Spencer did pretty well until the end. I was surprised at the majority of supportive honkers. Let's hope we can get that majority vote again today...and let's hope that it will stick this time!Man, I can't wait until this whole campaign thing is over!

Wait, Matt got beat up? What's the story on that?
He tried to wave a "Yes on Prop 8" sign on his lunch break on a corner in Newhall. There was one other lady from another faith who joined him, but a car full of rowdy (& perhaps inebriated) 20-year olds jumped out of their car shouting many icky things & pushed him along with the older lady. Luckily, other cars on the street pulled over & called the cops. In SCV! Who knew! (That's why they always encourage sign-waving in groups.) Yikes, huh?!
